Our estate sales include luxury estates, single family homes, townhomes, and condos. We can liquidate an entire property or just a portion, what ever the client requires.
Our auction services are no cost to the client until their item sells. Auction allows us to present goods in front of a wider range of buyers, and beyond the local audience of a typical estate sale.
Consignment is suitable for special pieces where we can market to specific collectors around the globe, to both our network of collectors are new collectors. Consignment is especially helpful for fine jewelry and fine art.
Our appraisals can be used for insurance, probate, or any situation where you need to document value.
All of our service have no fees to our clients until their items are sold. We take care of marketing, campaigns, advertising, valuation, and alike. Should your item(s) not reach your target price, there is not cost to bear and we part friends.

All our events come with proper security. Each room of a home will have staff supervision, and there is only one way in, and one way out of our events. Additionally, no large bags or backpacks are allowed in our events and small items like jewelry will be displayed in a locked glass case near the cashier. We do not have problem with shrinkage at our events.
Upon request, we can arrange for unsold items be given to charity. We will pack up and clean up so your space is left clean and empty. If you prefer to keep unsold items that is fine too.

We typically like a few weeks to prepare for an estate sale but if needed we can put together an event in a week or so. The time spent preparing the space and pricing items is an important part of the process so it cannot be taken lightly.
