One of my favorite things to look for at estate sales are mid century dressers. I just cannot resist them! I have yet to find one that doesn’t look fantastic repainted in a fantastic bold color, or if Walnut, stripped and restored to the natural wood beauty.
One of my favorite colors to chose is high gloss electric Blue but Black is so chic too!
For a home with a Nautical feel Navy is a great choice. You wouldn’t think a mid century piece would look good in a Ralph Lauren type home but it absolutely would work in any room.
Even Orange, Pink, or Green are also winners too, and who doesn’t need more storage?
Great for bedroom, craft room, sewing room, entry, and more so next estate sale take a second look at an old dresser that most people are walking by. I think the most detail the better!
