One of the reasons people love our Newport Beach estate sales is due to the luxury brands being offered.
It’s certainly no coincidence that Newport Beach is minutes away from South Coast Plaza that represents all the most prestigious luxury brands in the world such as Chanel, Dior, Bally, Fendi, Donna Karen, Escada, Louis Vuitton, Hermes, Roberto Cavali, Ralph Lauren, as well as Black Star and Frost, Fred, and Cartier, not to mention Nordstroms and Bloomingdales. It’s just like being on Rodeo Drive but without the long drive, congestion, and bad parking. All these name brands appear at our estate sales typically in the Newport Beach, Corona Del Mar, and other like beach communities.
When high end brand names appear in our estate sales, high quality is usually represented throughout the property. From Hermes blankets, to Louis Vuitton handbags, to Fendi furs, Calvin Klein dishware, Ralph Lauren and Minotti furnishings, and we haven’t even gotten to the his and hers closets yet.
One estate sale offered a collection of rare Hermes blankets that fetched three times the current retail price. $3500.00 was received for one of the blankets and both buyer and seller were thrilled.
Another estate sale yielded over $200.00 per yard for a collection of suede Pucci fabric, and over $300.00 per yard for Hermes fabric.
When we got to the closets of the home not surprising, the ladies closet was full of Chanel, Tierry Mugler, Armani, and Escada, and the men’s wardrobe was full of Gucci and Tom Ford. Handbags were Chanel, Judith Leiber, Nancy Gonzalez and more.
Then we got to the “accessory closet”, and we were presented with $75,000.00 worth of belts. Just going through the designer accessories took three days.
Needless to say we saved the homeowners weeks of time organizing and preparing their items for sale. We took care of everything with our usual “White glove manner” and it was our pleasure to have assisted them.
